Testimonials

Larry Erickson, Feedlogic Corporation

Brief history of your company:
Feedlogic has been manufacturing and marketing an innovative patented system for feeding swine since 2002 that reduces cost and improves production efficiency. Feedlogic systems are installed throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia.

Key reasons for moving to MinnWest:
Feedlogic was started in the Pacific Northwest. A decision was made to move to the Midwest in order to be closer to customers and prospects. The MinnWest campus was an ideal venue because the tenants included Nova-Tech Engineering, a world-class engineering resource, and other companies that provide needed services such as marketing and software development. Everything we needed was at the MinnWest Technology Campus!

How your business has grown or changed since moving here:
The durability/reliability of our technology has increased dramatically; we have expanded into additional international markets; new models of the base technology have been introduced and the Feedlogic brand is now widely recognized and respected.

Advantages MinnWest provides to your company:
Headquartering our company at the MinnWest Technology Campus has increased our visibility and credibility as a company, saved time by having essential contract services nearby and provided amenities such as exercise room and pool that improve employee health and morale.

Scott Norling, VP Administration, Life-Science Innovations, LLC

Brief history of your company: Life-Science Innovations, LLC is the entity (LSI) which provides strategic direction, capital funding, and administrative support for a group of 18 affiliated companies including many serving the poultry industry. We employ a dedicated and engaged group of approximately 50 employees. LSI also has a Research division with 5 employees who are developing novel technologies for commercial development into the Transportation and Poultry industries.

Key reasons you had for moving to MinnWest: We were running out of space for our technology group. We thought a “cluster campus” concept would help attract talent from the metro areas to relocate to the Willmar area.

How your business has grown or changed since moving here: Since locating on the campus, our group of companies has grown by over a 100 employees in the Willmar area alone.

Advantages MinnWest provides to your company: Our employees are now offered amenities and locations to get together that we could not consider in our old location, such as on-site cafeteria, day care, indoor heated pool, and the gym and fitness area. Our ability to recruit top quality talent has been greatly enhanced.

Jared Anez, President, Anez Consulting Inc.

Brief history of your company: Anez Consulting began 1997. We are an independent agriculture consulting firm, specializing in agronomy and environmental permitting for livestock growers.

Key reasons you had for moving to MinnWest: MinnWest provided a unique alternative to other locations in the area. Steve, the general manager, was very accommodating and hospitable to work with. Access to other space, such as the meeting rooms and the exercise facility were important value points.

How your business has grown or changed since moving here: We have broadened our access to potential clients.

Advantages MinnWest provides to your company: The networking and exposure within the agriculture community has greatly enhanced our presence in the market.
