Minnesota Governor Pawlenty Visits Campus

Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty toured MinnWest Technology Campus on a recent trip to Willmar.  The Governor was greeted by employees of several businesses on the campus in the Life Center and was presented a MinnWest polo shirt.  The Governor spoke to the group about his favorable impressions of the technology campus and how pleased he was to be a part of the state and local partnership that helped to make it happen.  MinnWest President Jim Sieben and campus General Manager Steven Salzer accompanied the governor on a tour of four of the buildings.  The Governor was quick to comment on the employee amenities and the level of technology he was seeing as he toured.  "I'm so excited to see the economic development here," the Governor stated.  "It's a great innovation and a great concept.
