Campus Management Remodeling More Buildings

MinnWest Technology Campus management has started remodeling two additional buildings. The first building, to become known as The Life Center, will house Life-Science Innovations. Life Science Innovations provides strategic guidance, administrative support and capital funding to sustain, develop, and grow their current and future affiliate companies as leaders in the life-sciences and engineering. Many block walls are being removed to attain an open atmosphere office setting. Their corporate offices will be located here as well. The Life Center currently has a pool, gymnasium, and an auditorium. This will be the future site of the fitness center to be offered to employees on the campus. The second building will be utilized by Nova-Tech Engineering for their assembly group. This is Nova-Tech’s second building to begin renovations. This building was built in 1912 as one of the original campus buildings. It is rich in historic character and Nova-Tech Engineering plans on retaining as much of this character as possible.
