MinnWest Technology Campus has a wide variety of lease space. We have many existing buildings that can be remodeled to suite your company's unique staff, technology and workflow needs.

Our Multi-Tech Building: A Small Business Hub

Our Multi-Tech building is specially-equipped to provide one-, two- or three-room office suites for small businesses. In fact, there are a total of 90 suites available in this majestic building. All offer the timeless character of the original woodwork, solid-panel doors, crown molding and high ceilings. The building, which is already 40% full, includes a 12-person conference room, fireplace/sitting lounge and vending area.
