In order to stimulate economic growth in non-Metro Minnesota, Job Opportunity Building Zones were created by the Minnesota Legislature. If your business qualifies you could gain several benefits from moving to MinnWest. These benefits include exemption from: income tax, franchise tax, capital gains, sales tax (on goods and services used in the zone).
